Residential Courses
In today's world, your energy—your Chi—can easily become scattered, stagnant, or drained. Chi Kung (Qigong) is the ancient art of "Energy Work," a set of exercises that has been used for centuries to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.
This 2-week immersion is designed to take you from feeling "stuck" or overwhelmed to feeling grounded and energized. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your mindfulness practice, this course offers a practical, step-by-step path to inner balance.

Let’s be honest: Two weeks won't turn you into a legendary sage, but it is the perfect amount of time to rewire your nervous system.
You must join this course if you are tired of "quick fixes" and want a sustainable way to manage stress. This isn't just about learning movements; it’s about building a toolkit you can use for the rest of your life. In just 14 days, we bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern, busy lifestyle. No fancy equipment, no complex jargon—just you, your breath, and a more centered and healthy version of yourself.
Consistent practice, even over just two weeks, will yield noticeable shifts:
Enhanced Physical Energy: Clear blockages and feel a natural "recharge" in your daily vitality.
Reduced Stress & Anxiety: Lower your cortisol levels through deep, rhythmic breathing and grounding.
Improved Mental Clarity: Sharpen your focus and quiet the "monkey mind" through Tong Ling Chi Kung along with other practices.
Better Sleep Quality: Regulate your nervous system for deeper, more restorative rest.
Physical Alignment: Improve your posture and release chronic tension in the neck, shoulders, and back. Understand body mechanics and work on making your physical body stronger.
At its core, Kung Fu is the art of readiness: developing the skill to fight, the resolve to defend yourself, and the strength to protect what you value most. Most people think of Kung Fu as just fighting, and Chi Kung as just relaxation. In reality, they are two sides of the same coin. Without internal energy (Chi), external movement is empty. Without a strong body (Kung Fu), energy has no vessel.
This 4-week intensive is a rare opportunity to learn these sister arts side-by-side. You will learn to cultivate your internal vitality while training your body in the precise, disciplined movements of traditional Kung Fu.
