OTT platforms and screens have occupied most of the summer breaks these days. This is a chance to reclaim your mind, body and spirit. The years of Class 10–12 are high pressure physically, mentally, emotionally. This camp is designed as a reset. It will provide them with the tools to steer their life in a controlled way.
Kung Fu and Qigong are not just arts, they are tools for focus, stress management, self-confidence and building a personality that will help them face reality head on. A residential format means no distractions, full immersion into discipline, community, and growth. Many students have never been away from home, this builds independence and resilience, while being in a safe environment.
Our mission is to give young minds a summer that shapes them, not just physically, but in clarity, courage, and character. Grades are important. But building a personality to walk tall and with confidence, is equally important.
Our vision is to introduce an as many people as we can to the Kung Fu way of life before the world tells them who they should be and the norms of their world.
Why are we opting for a residential structure ?
Living, eating, and training together creates bonds and discipline that a one-hour class simply cannot do. You learn, build and bond together and that is a strength in itself.
